Camp 4 – Every Wednesday at Crawford House

  • Tower open 3:30pm-6:00pm
  • Yoga on the deck 5:30pm-6:30

Habit Dog Days – Every Thursday in front of Pearsons (12:00pm-12:45pm) starting September 12th, 2024

  • Need a little serotonin boost? Come hangout with HABIT dogs. The HABIT dogs visit Pearsons every week to help students relieve stress, and they want to see you!

“Turn Up Dance” Group Fitness Class – Wednesdays: in the Alumni Gym (7:00pm – 8:00pm)

  • Group fitness class with Turn Up Dance Fitness in Maryville. Turn Up Dance Fitness combines elements of dance and fitness in a way that allows the class participants and instructors the freedom to take their experience to the next level without limits! This is a HIIT inspired dance fitness workout. You will burn fat, build muscle, boost metabolism, and not only burn major calories during class, but continue to scorch them for hours after class finishes!

Cardio Fitness Class – Every Friday in Alumni Gym (9:30-10:30)

  • Use bands, steps and light weights on Friday mornings to start your weekend off right!

  • Friday, September 20th– Posture Program with Wendy Guillaume- 1 session at 12pm and another at 2pm. Location: Anderson 110
  • Wednesday, October 2nd– Maryville College STUFF SWAP! On the Pearson’s Quad, 11-2pm
